Delete your account in the app

1. Open Lobby (the Android app or neighborslobby.com) and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and find the View Credits card.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action can’t be undone.

Can’t sign in?

If you can’t access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address on your account, or include your Lobby username (or wallet address) so we can locate your account:

Use the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it’s done.

What is deleted

The following are permanently removed or disconnected from you:

• Deleted every video you posted — removed from Lobby, including the stored video files and thumbnails
• Your profile: display name, username, and avatar
• Your email address
• The link between your account and your wallet
• Your sign-in credentials — the account can no longer be logged into
• Forfeited any unpaid pending credits and unpaid creator earnings

What is kept — and why

• Kept, anonymized Rooms and threads you created stay on Lobby so that videos other people posted inside them aren’t lost — but they’re no longer linked to your name or profile.
• Not ours to delete Your crypto wallet and its transaction history on the Base blockchain are outside Lobby’s control. The wallet holds your own funds and lives on a public blockchain — deleting your Lobby account does not and cannot remove it.

Retention

Personal identifiers (name, username, email, avatar, and wallet link) are removed as soon as you confirm deletion. Residual copies that may exist in encrypted system backups are purged on our standard backup rotation, within 30 days. Anonymized content is retained indefinitely because it is no longer associated with you.
